"SkyAir Super Inverter 60," which significantly reduced electricity consumption, is marketed
The widespread use of office automation equipment has increased the amount of electric power consumption. To respond to global environmental issues such as tightening of carbon dioxide emission regulations, Daikin launched "SkyAir Super Inverter 60," which substantially raised energy efficiency. In 1999, the product was the first commercial-use air conditioner to be awarded the Director General Prize by the Agency of Natural Resources and Energy in Japan.
