Key Responsibilities
• Plan and propose new products based on comprehensive market research.
• Develop product concepts tailored to customer needs and market demands.
• Manage product development projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and distribution.
• Analyze product profitability and recommend improvements.
• Design and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and expand market presence.
• Oversee product planning activities for the ASEAN and Oceania regions.
Qualifications
• Great if have an experience in product planning within the manufacturing industry.
• Background in upstream corporate sales of industrial air conditioning systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in market analysis and data interpretation.
• Proven experience in project management.
• Technical knowledge of device integration or VRF solutions is advantageous.
• Business-level English proficiency (knowledge of Japanese or Thai is not so required).
• Open to candidates already residing in or willing to relocate to Thailand.
