HRBP (Recruitment Officer or Senior Officer)
✅Job Responsibilities
• Plan and manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
• Draft and publish job postings on multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, etc.)
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
• Support hiring managers during the interview and selection process
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports
• Participate in employer branding activities, job fairs, and campus recruitment events
• Continuously improve recruitment strategies and sourcing methods
• Collaborate with the HR team on onboarding, talent planning, and other HR initiatives
✅ Education:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
✅ Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Experience with recruitment agencies or headhunting firms is a plus
✅ Skills:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to assess candidates effectively and make sound hiring decisions
• Familiarity with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of online sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals)
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and a good team player
• English communication skills are a plus
