✅Job Responsibilities

Design and implement engagement programs and initiatives to improve employee engagement
Collaborate with management to identify the issues that may impact to employee engagement
Facilitate collaboration and communication between employees and management as well as maintain positive work culture
Monitor, advice, and give guidance on the performance management framework that are responsible to the company objectives
3-7 years of experience in engagement, performance management system (PMS), or HR planning (Preferred)
