Job description

Implement DIT company-wide strategies
Manage the company-wide objectives (KGI/KPI)
Implement cross-departmental issues promptly
Planning of annual policy and budget policy
Planning business strategies for manufacturing companies and supporting related departments in their implementation

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree or higher (any related field)
Experience in business planning, production strategy or related marketing fields.
At least 5 years of work experience.
Have skills about advance conflict management and negotiation skills will be advantage.
Good command in English both written and spoken
Logical thinking and good command of communication
Good computer proficiency especially Microsoft Office
