1. Please refer to the utterance example described in the instruction manual.
2. Make sure that you don't get any noise when talking to a device that supports the Amazon Alexa.
3. Speak clearly to your Amazon Alexa-enabled device in a natural way.
4. Make sure that your Amazon Alexa language is match to your voice, or in case English, make sure that your accent is matched to the Amazon Alexa language.
- The response is "I don't know the installation location" and I cannot operate the voice.

When multiple devices are installed, it is necessary to give the "installation location (living room, etc.)" and "device name (air conditioner, etc.)" to identify the product.

Yes, you can.
If you have multiple air conditioners or air purifiers installed,
please specify the installation location (living room, etc.) or the device name to identity the device.
For example, say "Alexa, turn on living room with heating"

The person who operated later has priority. However, if you operate from another controller,
you will not be able to operate from your smartphone app (out-of-home operation) or Amazon Alexa for a while (15 seconds).
- Is there a notification on Amazon Alexa compatible devices if I cannot turn on the Daikin's products due to an error?

There is no notification from Amazon alexa device.
If a voice operation is performed while an error is occurring, the error is responded.

But the device status is Online. What should i do?

You cannot operate the device if the Vacation mode is enabled in DAIKIN Mobile Controller.
To make the device back to operation, please disable the Vacation mode or turn on using remote control the front control panel.
- My device disappeared from Amazon Alexa app. What's happen? and what should I do?

The device in Alexa app will be deleted after the device offilne more than 365 days.
If you want the device back to appear in Alexa app, please make it online by register it to the same Out-of-home account and then you can say "Alexa, discover my devices" to the Alexa.
- I would like to change the fan speed to auto using "Set Air Condition speed to Auto Mode ", But it's not change the fan speed to auto

You can change the fan speed to auto using following commands.
Set Air Condition speed to Auto,
Set Air Condition speed to Automatic

- I would like to change the fan speed with "Air flow or Air velocity", But the Alexa cannot understand the commands

- The device didn't operated after I changed the device name in DAIKIN Mobile Controller app, what should I do?

Make sure that the device name in the DAIKIN Mobile Controller app doesn't contain slash (/) or colon (:) symbol.
And after that, if you changed the device name successfully, please open the Alexa app and say "Sync my device" or "Discovery my devices" before operating the device.
Note: Slash (/) and colon (:) symbols are not allowed in DAIKIN Mobile Controller app.
- After ON/OFF the air conditioner from Alexa, the temperature setting of the air conditioner is changed, why?

In case the setting temperature is out of range, it will be adjusted to be in the range.
The supported temperature range are described below.
- Auto mode : 18 - 30 °C
- Cooling mode : 18 - 32 °C
- Heating mode : 10 - 30 °C
- I updated the device firmware by Daikin Mobile Controller app after that my devices in Alexa become UNAVAILABLE/OFFLINE and unable to operate, what should I do?

Open Alexa app and try DISABLE the "DAIKIN Mobile Controller" skill using Alexa app and then ENABLE it again or you can follow below instructions:
How to DISABLE the skill.
1. Open Alexa app and go to "More" menu.
2. Tap on "Skills & Games".
3. Search for "DAIKIN Mobile Controller" and tap on it.
4. Select "DISABLE SKILL" and confirm the disablling.
How to ENABLE the skill.
1. Open Alexa app and go to "More" menu.
2. Tap on "Skills & Games".
3. Search for "DAIKIN Mobile Controller" and tap on it.
4. Select "ENABLE TO USE" and follow the instruction on the screen until finish.
- When I ask Alexa to raise the temperature by 0.5°c or adjust temperature as decimal number (ex. 25.5°c), Alexa responds "That's not supported yet.".

The temperature with a decimal number is not supported.
- When I ask Alexa to set temperature lower than 18 (ex. 16.0°c) Alexa responds "The device is not responding"
