On Friday, March 22, 2024, Mr. Naoto Sekida, President and Mr. Wallop Phungphairoj, Director & Senior General Manager of Daikin Industries (Thailand) Ltd. Mr. Phet Kromsaeng, General Manager of Technical Engineer Department, Siam Daikin Sales Co., Ltd. along with executives of the Daikin Group of Companies. Welcoming Mr. Sa-nga Tachueasai, Assistant Secretary-General of Office of Vocational Education Commission, Ms. Panawan Khakhang, Director of Private Sector Cooperation Group, Vocational Education Commission and Mr. Surasak Kaewhit, Director of Production and Manpower Development Network Management Center of vocational. Along with representatives from 11 colleges participated in the ceremony of giving air conditioners along with 40 air conditioning installation practice kits, worth more than 719,143 baht at Daikin Industries (Thailand) Ltd.
The delivery of air conditioner with air conditioner installation practice kits this time. It is a result of cooperation between the Daikin group of companies in Thailand, Vocational Education Office and Production and Manpower Development Network Management Center of vocational. 25 sets of equipment were delivered to 5 colleges according to the memorandum of understanding for cooperation in knowledge transfer, installation techniques, maintenance and troubleshooting of air conditioners and cooling systems as follows:
1. Borai Industrial and Community Education College, Trat Province, 5 sets
2. Chumphae Technical College, Khon Kaen Province, 5 sets
3. Suratthani Polytechnic College, Suratthani Province, 5 sets
4. Thungsong Technic College, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province, 5 sets
5. Lampang Technical College, Lampang Province, 5 sets
And delivered 15 sets of equipment to 6 colleges that received awards from the 32nd National Vocational Education Skills Competition as follows:
1. Loengnoktha Technical College, Yasothon Province, 3 sets
2. Krabi Technical College, Krabi Province, 3 sets
3. Phichit Technical College, Phichit Province, 3 sets
4. Suphanburi Technical College, Suphanburi Province, 2 sets
5. Kanchanaburi Industrial and Community Education College, Kanchanaburi Province, 2 sets
6. Chanthaburi Technical College, Chanthaburi Province, 2 sets
