Daikin Industries (Thailand) LTD. is the largest manufacturing base in ASEAN-Oceania. In order to enable everyone to see the operational competence in all steps of the manufacturing process that we are proud of, Daikin provides opportunities for entrepreneurs in various industries, general public, sales agents, and students to visit the factory. Indeed, there are up to 2,500 visitors to the factory each year. Visitors can exchange knowledge and study about technology, innovation, and various management practices. In order to instill confidence in our customers regarding the quality of our products, we offer the opportunity for everyone to visit our production line, safety procedures, environmental management, and all the way to human resource development, which is the major element that drives our factory. With our attentiveness to products and our manufacturing process with international standards, we are confident that our products are of high quality.

Rules and Regulations on Factory Visit

  • Please be on time.
  • Please dress appropriately and wear closed shoes or sneakers only. Do not wear sandals or open-toed shoes.
  • Please follow the routes specified by Daikin’s officers only.
  • Do not take pictures while visiting the manufacturing section.
  • Do not take pictures while the lecturer is giving a lecture.
  • Do not smoke cigarettes in the factory areas. Smoking is only permitted in the designated areas.
  • Do not touch all kinds of machinery, tools, and equipment while visiting the factory.
  • Please wear the provided helmet, Visitor’s card, and headset, while visiting the factory.
  • Children aged below 12 years old are not allowed to visit the factory.
