I joined Daikin in the Compliance and Risk Management Department, where my role is to oversee and promote adherence to the guidelines set by the Daikin Group. I have had the opportunity to engage and exchange knowledge with employees across the Daikin Group in Thailand and throughout the Asia-Oceania region. What impresses me most about Daikin is the company's commitment to employee development. Daikin provides opportunities for employees to fully showcase their abilities and potential.
