I joined DIT as a Senior Officer in June 2004, and have been involved in sales support, sales planning, and currently in the supply center, supporting Asia Oceania and other areas.
One of Daikin's strengths is our positioning as the "number one air conditioning company." We have established a system to ensure supply to end users at any time, focusing not only on quality and service, but also on maintaining a strong supply capability.
I work with the sales company and adjust factory production to achieve our budget as a unified department. We strive to clearly define individual responsibilities and work daily alongside Thai colleagues.
Although I have worked here for many years, there are many Thai colleagues who have worked longer. We operate beyond the framework of superiors and subordinates, allowing work in a family-like environment where we can clearly identify both the positive and negative aspects, thereby solving problems together.
There are many Japan enthusiasts in Thailand. The living environment is relatively good compared to other countries, and there are no disturbances in daily life. While the culture here may seem somewhat more relaxed than in Japan, everyone is surprisingly strict, and we often receive feedback from Thai colleagues.
Lastly, I love the people, culture, history, and food of Thailand as well as the country itself.
