Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering majored in Electrical, Mechanical or any related field.
•  Have knowledge of Air conditioning or Quality is an advantage.
•  Good communication and presentation skills
•  Good command of English both written and spoken. (TOEIC 550+ will be advantage)
•  Good computer proficiency.

Role and responsibilities:

★Market Claim (Products) Investigation Team

•    Cooperate and communication with affiliates service to get
•        all necessary information via E-Mail, Telephone calling and
•        Actual site investigation.
•   Conduct root cause analysis by Defective parts investigate
•        (Physical and Chemical analysis) together with carry out
•        Products simulation test and Utilize QC Seven-Tools.
•   Organize quality meeting by Face to face with affiliates
•        service at Domestic and Oversea country.

★Electrical Parts (Device) Investigation Team

•  To be a leader to conduct root cause analysis for “Device issue” claim from affiliates.
• To be engineer incharge for taking corrective action (Root cause anaylisys & Taking C/M) of the quality issue for PCB parts.
• To be engineer incharge for taking effort for "Normal Warranty Claim Cost Reduction Activity" for Device parts.
