Job Description

• Plan and supervise and guide import officers to ensure smooth operations and comply with laws and regulation
• Resolve issues that occur during the importation process
• Control and monitor all import shipments to achieve the company's plan
• Coordinate and prepare documents and reports related to Customs, TISI or other relevant government agencies.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, International Business, Logistics, or a related field. Some companies may accept relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Several years of experience in import operations, logistics, or supply chain management, with at least 2-5 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Familiarity with import/export regulations, customs compliance, and international trade documentation.
• Experience working with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure smooth import operations.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of customer laws& regulation, tariff codes and import duties and trade compliance
• At least 5 years of working experience in import customs clearance field.
