Daikin Industries (Thailand) Ltd. (DIT) has established a policy for protection of personal data
in order to provide the security management of personal data which is collected, used or processed
by the company. This policy is adhered to the base practice of accepted international schemes for

DIT shall protect personal data by reasonable security safeguards in order to protect loss,
unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification or disclosure of personal data.
6. Openness Principle
DIT shall disclose the personal data protection policy which prescribed the purpose of use,
collection, management, and other details.
7. Individual Participation Principle
DIT shall provide the rights to confirm the existence of personal data including discontinuation
of use, deletion, correction or similar matters which received from the data subject.
8. Accountability Principle
To ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations. DIT shall establish an internal
management organization to be responsible for the regulations, privacy measures, data classification
and risk assessment, provide education to all concerned persons including follow-up and conformity
evaluation.
