Daikin Industries (Thailand) Ltd. continues to uphold its strong commitment to the development of Thai society and education through an ongoing collaboration with Rajasitharam Technical College, which serves as the Center of Vocational Manpower Production and Development Management (CVM) specializing in refrigeration and air conditioning technology. Under the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed for the period 2021–2025, this partnership aims to elevate the standards of vocational education and empower Thai students with professional skills aligned with global industry benchmarks.

In 2025, Daikin continued its ongoing commitment to educational support by donating air conditioners along with air-conditioning installation training sets to five key vocational institutions located in various regions across the country. The institutions include Sisaket Technical College, Uttaradit Technical College, Trang Industrial and Community Education College, Kanchanaphisek Technical College Mahanakorn and Suphanburi Technical College. A total of 25 sets were provided to serve as educational tools for classroom instruction, hands-on practice and preparation for vocational skills competitions among students. These equipment sets play a vital role in enhancing technical skills and deepening understanding of refrigeration and air conditioning systems, which are foundational to the modern technology industry.

The implementation of this project reflects Daikin’s steadfast commitment over the past five years. The company has donated air conditioners along with air-conditioning installation training sets to a total of 25 vocational education institutions, amounting to 125 sets. This initiative serves as a vital driving force in elevating the quality of vocational education nationwide, supporting the development of skilled personnel who are well-prepared and capable of effectively entering the labor market. Moreover, it plays a crucial role in enhancing workforce potential and driving the sustainable economic development of the nation.
