DAIKIN with ThinkCurve create a stadium of dream for children, DAIKIN Dream Stadium   At Ban Hua Khunjae Community School, Chonburi Province

DAIKIN Dream Stadium project is another project that DAIKIN intends to improve the stadium for children and the community to use it as a place to exercise, do activities, and create inspiration. The painting on this stadium comes from the famous football cartoon "Captain Tsubasa", episode Tsubasa Ozora and the Thai national team from the World Youth section to convey the inspiration for Thai children to follow their dreams until they could play for the national team.

DAIKIN Industries (Thailand) LTD. in collaboration with ThinkCurve, Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization and Ban Hua Khun jae Community School held the official opening ceremony of “DAIKIN Dream Stadium” on September 16, 2024. Mr. Wittaya Khunpluem, President of Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization and Chonburi FC, was honored to be the chairman of the ceremony.

Mr. Wittaya said about this project, “I would like to thank you with great pleasure and joy on behalf of the children that Daikin Industries (Thailand) Ltd. has improved the landscape of this field to be beautiful and an inspiration for children for playing football. As the name of the field of “Dreams Stadium”, this field may produce athletes in school, district or national level.

While Mr. Wallop Phuangphairot, Director of Daikin Industries (Thailand) LTD. said “The painting of this field comes from the famous cartoon, Captain Tsubasa, which has been popular and famous for a long time. I hope that this field will become a new landmark in Chonburi Province and pass on good inspiration to the community as DAIKIN's intention.”

In addition, on the event day was also honored by the presence of representatives from the Embassy of Japan in Thailand, namely Mr. Kuboki Yoshimizu, Third Secretary, Embassy of Japan in Thailand, and Mr. Sompop Laknachiwan, Japan Information Service, Embassy of Japan in Thailand, who also attended the event.

There were many interesting activities in the event, especially the friendly football match between DAIKIN Max Inverter and DAIKIN Streamer, which had players from Chonburi Football Club led by Chanarong Promsrikaew, Sintaweechai Hathairattanakool and Phipop Onmo played with youth representatives, special guests from the Embassy of Japan in Thailand, Mr. Kuboki Yoshimizu and the executives from Daikin. The final score ended with smiles and friendship at 3-3.

DAIKIN hopes that DAIKIN Dream Stadium will be a new landmark for Ban Bueng, Chonburi, and a stadium that will inspire as Daikin intended. This stadium will be another symbol to express that DAIKIN has the opportunity to join in creating dreams for children in the community. We believe that children in the Ban Hua Kunjae community will grow up with quality and become an important force for Thailand.
