On September 3, 2025, Daikin Industries (Thailand) Ltd., through its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Committee, carried out a donation of essential consumer goods and daily necessities to assist flood victims in the northern region of Thailand, as well as those affected by the unrest along the Thai-Cambodian border. This initiative was conducted under the project titled “Daikin Shares Compassion: Standing Beside the Thai Border Communities and Flood Victims.”
This activity was organized to alleviate the hardships faced by affected communities in the impacted areas. The company collected and delivered essential items such as dry food, consumer goods, medicines and daily necessities, which were then handed over to the Thai PBS Foundation to serve as a central hub for efficiently distributing aid to flood victims and frontline personnel in the affected regions.
The implementation of this project reflects Daikin’s commitment to promoting the role of the private sector in driving a socially conscious Thai society. It also underscores the organization’s mission to balance business growth with the responsibility of caring for society, communities and the environment.
The company would like to express its sincere gratitude to all Daikin employees for their cooperation, dedication and unity in donating essential items. Their contributions have played a vital role in delivering encouragement, care and support to flood victims and frontline personnel in the affected areas, who continue to require ongoing assistance during these challenging times.
