Daikin Industries (Thailand) Ltd. has continued to implement the "Daikin Chang Air DD 2025" career promotion program. The objective of this initiative is to enhance skills in air conditioner maintenance and cleaning for the Nong Mai Daeng Community, as well as for the company’s soon-to-retire employees and other interested staff members.

The program was held from September 25 to 26, 2025, at the company’s training centre. Daikin’s air conditioning specialists shared their knowledge and expertise, focusing on both theoretical content and hands-on practice to enhance participants’ knowledge, skills and confidence.

Additionally, the company provided air conditioner cleaning equipment to the Nong Mai Daeng Community and issued certificates of completion for air conditioner cleaning skills to support participants’ readiness to pursue a professional career in this field.

The implementation of this program is part of the company’s corporate social responsibility, focusing on promoting skills and career opportunities for both personnel and the community. The initiative aims to foster resilience and long-term sustainability, particularly for employees approaching retirement who seek additional sources of income after retirement.
