On September 30th and October 1st, 2024, Daikin Industries (Thailand) Ltd. organized the Management Dojo seminar: Leading with PCM Principles [Group 1] for executives at the level of Assistant General Manager, General Manager and Senior General Manager. Which Objective was to enhance understanding and application of the DAIKIN People Center Management (PCM) approach in managing and driving the organization towards becoming THE WORLD’S No.1 AIR CONDITIONING COMPANY.
On this occasion, Mr. Wallop Phungphairoj, Director and Senior General Manager, honored deliver the opening speech regarding the purpose and expectations of this seminar: “Nowadays of the rapidly changing and unpredictable global situation, businesses have to adapt for these changes. As Daikin Industries celebrates its 100th anniversary, the company has continually developed innovative products that meet customer needs and has navigated various crises successfully by the capabilities of our people. Therefore, 'people' are a valuable resource and a crucial mechanism for driving organizational growth. This seminar aims to foster understanding and effective application of DAIKIN People Center Management (PCM) in our management practices.”
