The WLAN lamp is not blinking/not lit?

Make sure the Wi-Fi of device is turn on by pressing the button on the device. You can follow the   instruction manual which comes with your device.  

I cannot add actions to the timer, the “+” button is not available.

A device can save up to 42 actions (maximum 6 per day) to the timer. When 6 actions for a specific day are programmed already, you will not be able to add more actions. Delete at least 1 action to be able to add a new action.

How do I create an account?

Click on the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner, fill in your information, and verify your email address. You'll be ready to go in just a few minutes!

Can I change my username?

Yes, you can change your username in your account settings. Go to Profile > Settings > Username and enter your new desired username. Note that usernames must be unique.

How do I reset my password?

Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email address, and we'll send you a link to reset your password. The link is valid for 24 hours.

What payment methods do you accept?
